I worked for Kent Police between 1975-2012 followed by 6 years as a Non Executive Director at Medway Hospital. I first joined Kent Police as a police cadet before becoming a police officer in 1976. I was police officer for 32 years with my last role as Chief Superintendent in charge of policing the Medway towns. Throughout my career I have always been interested in supporting and developing activities which help young people.  I also remember what it was like in 1975 to be given an opportunity as a police cadet - it had some similarity with apprenticeships of today.  I am really impressed that MY Trust really does what it says it will do..... all MY Trust staff are really passionate about young people, each person is an individual.  MY Trust works with other organisations so that young people are supported and that everyone has the opportunity to achieve their potential. I am proud to be associated with MY Trust as one of its Trustees.
