Getting started: If you are new to using this service, the first step is to set you up as a client. You are required to complete a Client Registration Agreement form and sign a General Governing Principles Code of Practice document before we can process checks. We charge a one-off set up fee. Set up fee: £48.00 Once we have you set up we can send you DBS application forms for completion by your volunteers and paid staff. Volunteer checks attract an administration fee only. Paid staff attract a full checking charge and administration fees. This service provided support to youth clubs across Kent and Medway but due to lack of funding stopped running the service in April 2019. If you are thinking about setting up a club or are an existing club that needs some advice you may be able to find some useful information in our club pack. We will no longer be updating this pack, so anything related to legal requirements should be double checked.
